It wasn't mentioned with whiskey until 1880. It was apparently first created by a bartender in Louisville, Kentucky at The Pendennis Club. Today, we are making a twist on the Old Fashioned using St Lucia's Distillers Chairman's Reserve & Chairman's Reserve Spiced rum.
