I love Japanese curry and ramen so mixing them together makes a lot of sense. This curry ramen can be put together in just a few minutes of prep and its absolutely delicious (if you like Japanese curry). Ingredients (1 Serving) 1 Pack of Sapporo Ichiban Original Flavor Instant Ramen https://amzn.to/3dxOZ4I 1 segment of instant curry roux (I used vermont) https://amzn.to/31Jc1jQ 2 Cups (500ml) of Water 1/4 of an onion 80g thinly sliced pork belly Green onions for topping Directions 1. saute the thinly sliced pork belly in a pot. 2. when pork is cooked through add the onions and cook them til soft 3. add 2 cups of water and bring it back up to temperature 4. add the block of noodles and cook them for about 2 minutes or until they begin to separate 5. once the noodles have separated, turn off the heat and add in the soup pack and 1 piece of curry roux. stir them in. taste and add more curry if you feel it needs it. 6. once the soup pack and curry roux have dissolved, bring it back to simmer then immediately serve. 7. to serve, put the noodles at the bottom of a bowl then pour over the soup, pork and onions. top with green onions.
