Ingredients: - 600ml thickened cream - 600ml St ALi Double Shot Iced Coffee - 2 tbsp maple syrup (more or less depending how sweet you like it) Method: 1. Start by whipping your cream 2. Pour in the iced coffee and maple syrup, and fold through. Try not to remove the air you just whipped into the cream 3. Place into an airtight container and into the freezer for 4-5 hours, removing it from the fridge and mixing it every 30-40 minutes 4. Serve and enjoy!
