Iris kol, wortel, bawang merah dan bawang putih 2. Di dalam blender, masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai merah keriting rebus dan minyak, haluskan 3. Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi kemudian cincang kasar cabai rawit merah dengan blender 4. Masukkan cabai rawit merah, tumis sesaat kemudian masukkan kol dan wortel, aduk rata 5. Masukkan kaldu ayam bubuk, garam, gula pasir dan air, masak sesaat kemudian masukkan taoge, masak sesaat 6. Di dalam mangkuk, masukkan tepung terigu, tepung beras, maizena, baking powder, garam, kaldu ayam bubuk dan merica, aduk rata kemudian masukkan air secara perlahan, aduk rata 7. Masukkan isian gehu yang sudah tidak panas ke dalam plastik segitiga kemudian isi tahu dengan isian dan celupkan ke dalam tepung basah 8. Slice cabbage, carrot, shallots, and garlic. 2. In a blender, add shallots, garlic, boiled curly red chilies, and oil. Blend until smooth. 3. Sauté the spice paste until fragrant, then roughly chop the red Thai chili using a blender. 4. Add chopped Thai chili. Sauté briefly, then add cabbage and carrot. Stir well. 5. Add chicken powder, salt, sugar, and water. Cook briefly, then add bean sprouts. Cook briefly. 6. In a bowl, add flour, rice flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, chicken powder, and pepper.
