Rendam teri dengan air panas beberapa saat kemudian tiriskan 2. Iris tipis kecombrang, daun jeruk, geprek serai dan lengkuas 3. Masukkan bawang putih, bawang merah, cabai merah tanjung, cabai rawit merah dan tomat ke dalam food processor, haluskan 4. Panaskan minyak, masukkan lengkuas, serai, daun jeruk, teri dan terasi, goreng hingga sedikit kecokelatan 5. Masukkan bahan-bahan yang sudah di haluskan dan kecombrang, aduk rata kemudian masukkan garam, penyedap dan gula pasir, masak di api sedang kecil selama 15-20 menit 6. Sambal teri kecombrang siap disajikan =================== [ENGLISH] Kecombrang Anchovy Sambal Recipe (yield 10 servings) Ingredients: 100 g Medan anchovy 12 clove garlic 18 clove shallot 1 pc red tomato 200 g red chili 50 g Thai chili 4 g shrimp paste 50 g kecombrang 10 pc kaffir lime leaf 1 stalk lemongrass 1 thumb galangal 150 ml oil 2 tsp salt 3 tbsp sugar 2 tsp MSG Add-ons: Rice Crackers Steps: 1. Soak the anchovies in hot water for a few moments, then drain. 2. Slice the kecombrang and kaffir lime leaves thinly. Pound the lemongrass and galangal. 3. Add garlic, shallots, red chili, Thai chili, and tomato to a food processor. Blend until smooth. 4. Heat the oil. Add galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, anchovies, and shrimp paste. Fry until lightly browned. 5. Add the blended ingredients and kecombrang. Stir well, then add salt, MSG, and sugar. Cook over medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes. 6.
