Di dalam blender, masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih, kemiri, lada putih, ketumbar, kunyit, cabai merah keriting, minyak dan air, haluskan 2. Iris bawang merah, geprek lengkuas, serai, potong cabai hijau keriting dan nangka muda kemudian cuci bersih nangka 3. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang merah, serai dan lengkuas hingga wangi kemudian masukkan bumbu halus dan daun salam, tumis hingga wangi dan mengeluarkan minyak 4. In a blender, add shallot, garlic, candlenut, white pepper, coriander, turmeric, red chili, oil, and water. Blend until smooth. 2. Slice the shallots. Pound the galangal and lemongrass.
