DZENKPLE or DZENKOUME is a gluten free dish made from roasted Corn flour and a perfectly spiced Tomato based sauce. It’s enjoyed by both the Ewe’s from Ghana and Togolese. It’s best made with most Seafood particularly Crabs, however I’ve used Prawns for this recipe.
