I’ve never used this technique before to cook steak, so I think it’s time to test it out. We’re going to cook a steak in a Matador Gas Searer from @bunnings and see how it turns out in terms of texture and flavour. Why use a gas searer? The high temperature allows you to get a nice crust on the outside of your steak while keeping an optimal internal temperature. You can cook different types and thicknesses of steak while still achieving restaurant quality steak.
