C/w Nana: Lao Pho Broth (ເຝີລາວ == Pho Lao) [upscaled to 4K]

People have been asking me for years for my Pho broth recipe and I always tell them to watch my "Sukiyaki Soup" video. I use the same recipe for pho. This is video is clipped from the "Sukiyaki Soup" video and scaled to a higher resolution for larger screens. As far as I know, Lao pho is based on the Vietnamese pho with a slightly different flavor. This is the way that my mom taught me to make the broth.
