My name is Nana (pronounced Nah-Nah, not Nan-na). I made these cooking videos mainly to help my friends make some of my favorite dishes. I am not a nutritionist or professional chef. I am simply showing MY WAY of making dishes which many of my friends have enjoyed. I will not get involved in debates over nutritional value of the recipes I have demonstrated, especially ones with MSG. If you have your own way of making these same dishes, great! I would love to hear how you prepare them differently. I am alway open to trying new ways of cooking.
