Di dalam mangkuk campurkan tepung terigu, garam, baking powder dan air, aduk rata kemudian masukkan ke dalam plastik segitiga 2. Panaskan minyak, semprotkan adonan secara perlahan kemudian goreng sesaat di api sedang kecil, tiriskan 3. Di dalam mangkuk campurkan tepung terigu, maizena, baking powder, aonori, telur, garam, dashi bubuk dan air secara perlahan, aduk hingga rata 4. Iris halus daun bawang dan potong gurita 5. Panaskan cetakan takoyaki dan tuang sedikit minyak kemudian tuang adonan 6. In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, aonori, egg, salt, dashi powder, and water slowly. Stir until mixed well. 4. Finely chop green onions and cut the octopus into pieces. 5.
