Ingredients - 200g beef fillet, diced - 1 small shallot, finely diced - 3-4 cornichons, diced (or 1 dill pickle) - 1 tbsp capers, chopped - 1 tsp olive oil - small handful of parsley, finely sliced - 1.5 tsp dijon mustard - hot sauce if you like it spicy - egg yolk to garnish - croutons to garnish - salt to taste Method 1. In a bowl, mix the beef, shallots, cornichons, parsley, mustard, salt and hot sauce. 2. Serve it on a plate with the egg yolk on top and croutons on the side 3. Enjoy!
