Healthy Fusion⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyFoodFusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@FoodFusionKids Serves 2-3 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 2-3 -Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 4-5 -Thai red chillies 2-3 or as required -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small -Chicken qeema (Mince) 400g -Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ tsp (optional) -Water ¼ Cup -Soy sauce 1 tbs -Oyster sauce 1 tbs -Fish sauce ½ tsp -Dark soy sauce ½ tsp -Fresh basil leaves handful -Chawal (Rice) boiled -Fried egg Directions: -In a mortal pestle,add dried red chillies,garlic,thai red chillies,crush well & set aside. -In frying pan,add cooking oil,onion & sauté on medium flame for a minute. -Add crushed garlic & chilli,mix well & cook for a minute. -Add chicken mince & mix well until it changes color. -Add pink salt,black pepper crushed,caster sugar,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. -In a jug,add water,soy sauce,oyster sauce,fish sauce,dark soy sauce,mix well & pour into a frying pan,mix well & cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes. -Add fresh basil leaves,mix well & cook on high flame for a minute. -In a serving dish,add boiled rice,prepared chicken mince & top it with fried egg & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 2-3 -Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 4-5 -Thai red chillies 2-3 or as required -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small -Chicken qeema (Mince) 400g -Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ tsp (optional) -Water ¼ Cup -Soy sauce 1 tbs -Oyster sauce 1 tbs -Fish sauce ½ tsp -Dark soy sauce ½ tsp -Fresh basil leaves handful -Chawal (Rice) boiled -Fried egg Directions: -Mortal & pestle mein dried red chillies,lehsan aur thai red chillies dal ker ache se crush kar lein & side par rakh dein. -Frying pan mein cooking oil aur pyaz daal kar medium flame par 1 minute ke liye sauté karein. -Ab crushed garlic & chilli dal kar ache se mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein. -Chicken qeema dal kar ache se mix karein jab tak color change na ho jaye. -Ab is mein pink salt,crushed black pepper aur bareek cheeni dal kar mix karein aur 2-3 minutes tak medium flame per paka lein. -Ek jug mein water,soy sauce,oyster sauce,fish sauce aur dark soy sauce dal kar ache se mix karein aur frying pan mein dal ker ache sa mix karein aur tez ancch per 3-4 minutes tak paka lein. -Fresh basil leaves dal kar mix karein aur high flame par 1 minute tak cook karein. -Serving dish mein boiled rice,tayyar chicken qeema aur fried egg rakh kar serve karein!
