Ingredients

  1. hot milk - 2.5 cups (2 and 1/2 cups)
  2. condensed milk - 1 cup + 3-4 tbsp (1 cup plus 3-4 tablespoons)
  3. vanilla essence - 1 tsp (1 teaspoon)
  4. cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp (1/2 teaspoon)
  5. cream - 1 cup + 3-4 tbsp (1 cup plus 3-4 tablespoons)
  6. crispy butter croissants - 6-7 croissants (6-7 croissants, cut into 4 pieces each)
  7. pistachios - 2 tbsp + extra (sliced, 2 tablespoons plus extra for topping)
  8. almonds - 2 tbsp + extra (chopped, 2 tablespoons plus extra for topping)
  9. dried coconut - 2 tbsp (sliced, 2 tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. Prepare milk mixture: In a jug, add hot milk, condensed milk, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder, and cream. Whisk well and set aside.
  2. Prepare croissants: Cut crispy butter croissants into 4 pieces each.
  3. Assemble dessert: Arrange all butter croissant pieces in a 7-inch baking dish. Pour the prepared milk mixture over them. Sprinkle pistachios, almonds, dried coconut, cream, condensed milk, and extra pistachios and almonds on top.
  4. Cook: Place the baking dish in an oven grill and cook on grill for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve: Serve warm.
