  8. garlic - 1 clove (1 clove)
  9. fresh chili pepper - 30 g (watch the video to see)
  10. seed oil - 1 tablespoon (1 tablespoon)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables: Cut the yellow and red peppers, carrots, and zucchini into desired shapes.
  2. Heat the Wok: Heat the wok and add seed oil.
