Instructions
Prepare the honey dill mayo dressing: Mix mayonnaise, chopped fresh dill, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and honey together until well combined.
Preheat the contact grill: Turn on the contact grill and select the automatic steak function. Choose the 'rare' setting for a pink center. Wait for the grill to beep indicating it has reached the perfect temperature.
Season and oil the steak: Brush the steak with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt.
Grill the steak: Place the steak on the grill and close the lid. Insert a thermometer into the center of the steak to monitor the internal temperature. Grill until the desired doneness is reached, indicated by the grill beeping.
Serve: Remove the steak from the grill and serve with the honey dill mayo dressing.
