Ingredients

  3. lemon juice - from 1 lemon (from one large lemon)
  4. olive oil - 3 oz
  5. dried oregano - 1 tablespoon
  6. honey - 1 tablespoon
  7. garlic cloves - 2 (crushed)
  8. freshly ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Marinate Pork: Combine lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, honey, garlic, and black pepper. Marinate pork pieces for 45 minutes to 2 hours.
