Instructions
Prepare Lemon Cream: In a grinder, combine good quality water, powdered milk, and butter. Add half a cup of lemon juice and lemon peels. Grind everything well until the mixture thickens into a cream.
Prepare Biscuit Base: Cover biscuits with melted butter and press them into the bottom of any mold to form the first layer.
Assemble Cake: Pour the sour cream mixture over the biscuit base. Place in the refrigerator to set.
Refrigerate: Refrigerate the cake until it is firm and ready to serve.
