Instructions

  1. Prepare Cookie Sheet: Cut the cookie sheet into small squares and place on a baking tray.
  2. Soak and Bake: Mix two cups of milk, two eggs, vanilla, a spoonful of sugar, and two tablespoons of melted butter. Soak the cookie sheet squares well in this mixture and bake in the oven until brown.
  3. Make Chocolate Cream: Combine half a liter of milk, sugar to taste, starch, and cocoa in a pot. Heat and mix until it becomes creamy. Remove from heat and add a spoonful of butter and pieces of dark chocolate, mixing until smooth.
  4. Assemble and Serve: Once the cookie layer has browned, spread the chocolate cream on top. Allow to cool and set, then sprinkle with dark cocoa before serving.
