Ingredients

  1. water - 3 bowls (3 bowls)
  2. sugar - 1 bowl (1 bowl, dissolved in water)
  3. desi ghee - 1 bowl (1 bowl)
  4. wheat flour (atta) - 1 bowl (1 bowl)

Instructions

  1. Prepare sugar water: Dissolve one bowl of sugar in three bowls of water without making a wire mesh syrup.
  2. Heat ghee and roast flour: Heat one bowl of desi ghee in a pan on medium heat. Add one bowl of wheat flour and roast it for 5-7 minutes until it browns well and starts to rise.
  3. Add sugar water gradually: Add the sugar water little by little to the roasted flour and ghee mixture, stirring continuously from the sides.
  4. Cook until ghee separates: Continue roasting the mixture on low heat for 10-12 minutes until the ghee separates and is incorporated well.
  5. Serve: Remove the prasad from heat and serve warm.
