Ingredients

  1. dark couverture chocolate - watch the video to see (high cocoa content, contains sugar, butter, powdered sugar, and cocoa)
  2. water - watch the video to see (a little water to melt chocolate)
  3. granola - 200 g (healthy habits brand with almond butter, source of iron, no preservatives or palm oil)
  4. olive oil - 1 tablespoon (to add shine and thicken the chocolate mixture)
  5. almonds - watch the video to see (optional, to add crunch and flavor)

Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate: In a saucepan, melt the dark couverture chocolate with a little water over low heat. Stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Add Olive Oil: Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the melted chocolate and mix well to achieve a shiny and dense mixture.
  3. Add Granola and Almonds: Remove the chocolate mixture from heat. Add 200 g of granola and almonds (optional) to the chocolate and stir for about a minute until the mixture starts to thicken.
  4. Shape the Mosaic: Transfer the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper. Optionally, refrigerate for 5 minutes to help the mixture firm up for easier shaping.
  5. Refrigerate: Place the mold in the refrigerator for about 6 hours or until the mosaic hardens completely.
  6. Cut and Serve: Remove the mosaic from the mold and parchment paper. Cut into desired shapes and serve. Optionally, dust with cocoa powder for a gourmet touch.
