Try it today and share the goodness with your loved ones! #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #digitalammi #digitalmom Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/4fApnD6 Ingredients: -Gajar (Carrots) peeled 2-3 medium -Chawal (Rice) soaked & pat dried ¼ Cup -Desi Ghee 1 tbs -Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs -Pista (Pistachios) chopped 2 tbs -Kishmish (Raisins) 1 tbs -Desi ghee 2-3 tbs -Olper’s Milk powder 2 Cups -Olper’s Cream 100ml (½ Cup) -Water 5 Cups -Sugar ¾ Cup or to taste -Zafran (Saffron strands) 1 tsp -Water 1-2 tbs -Saffron essence ½ tsp -Pista (Pistachios) sliced Directions: -Grate carrots with the help of grater & set aside. -Spread soaked rice on a flat surface & crush well with a rolling pin & set aside. -In a frying pan,add desi ghee & let it melt. -Add almonds,pistachios,raisins & fry for 2-3 minutes & set aside. -In a wok,add desi ghee & let it melt. -Add grated carrots & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes & set aside. -In the same wok,add milk powder,cream,water & whisk well,turn on the flame & bring it to boil. -Add cooked carrots,crushed rice,mix well & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes. -Cover partially with lid & cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes & keep mixing in between. -Mash well with the help of masher. -Add sugar,roasted nuts,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. -In small bowl,add saffron strands,water,mix well & let it soak for few minutes. -Now add dissolved saffron,saffron essence & mix well. -Garnish with pistachios & serve!
