Prepare Grilled Chicken Skewers: -In a bowl,add chicken,yogurt,cream,dried oregano,red chilli powder,coriander powder,black pepper crushed,pink salt,cumin powder,paprika powder,garam masala powder,garlic powder,lemon juice, cooking oil,fresh coriander & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes. -Soaked wooden skewers in water then take out from water. -Thread marinated chicken in wooden skewers (make 7-8 skewers). -Place chicken skewers on oven grill & place the grill inside the microwave. -Grill skewers on grill+combination (C 2) for 12 minutes. -Turn sides & grilling on same setting for 12 minutes more. Prepare Salad: -In a bowl,add iceberg,tomato,onion,black pepper crushed,pink salt,lemon juice,olive oil,fresh coriander & mix well. -On tortilla,add& spread prepared tahini sauce,paprika powder,prepared chicken,prepared salad, pickled cucumber,fold & wrap in butter paper & serve!
