Healthy Fusion⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyFoodFusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@FoodFusionKids Serves 4-5 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Beef qeema (Mince) 600g -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs -Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 1 & ½ tbs -Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup -Cream 2 tbs -Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 2 tbs -Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp -Javitri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tsp -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp -Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp -Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ½ tsp -Cooking oil 1 tbs -Kaju (Cashew nuts) 8-9 -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs -Water ¼ Cup or as required -Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions: -In a bowl,add beef mince,ginger garlic paste,raw papaya paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes. -In a bowl,add yogurt,cream,gram flour,nutmeg powder,mace powder,black pepper powder,red chili powder,coriander powder,pink salt,turmeric powder,cardamom powder,cinnamon powder & mix well. -In marinated mince,add spiced yogurt,mix well & set aside. -In a wok,add cooking oil,cashew nuts & fry until golden & set aside. -In the same wok,add capsicum,sauté for a minute & set aside. -In the same wok,add cooking oil,marinated mince,mix well & cook on high flame until moisture reduces & oil separates (8-10 minutes). -Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes,check in between & add water if required then cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes. -Now add fried cashew nuts,capsicum & mix well. -Give coal smoke for 2 minutes. -Add fresh coriander & serve with naan!
