MUTTON BONES DALCHA Heat a pan add 2 cups of mutton bones Add 1tbs of chana dal Add2 cups of water And cook for 5 visils. In a pan add 2tbs of oil Add 1/2cup of onions Add 1tsp of garam masala Add 6 shallots Add 1/2tsp of turmeric powder And cook for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste And add 1/2cup of brinjal pieces Add 1/2cup of pumpkin pieces Add 1/2cup of cucumber pieces And add water Add 1/2cup of tomatoes Add 2tsp of red chilli powder Add 4 green chillies Add 1tsp of coriander powder Add 1/2cup of mint Add 1/2cup of coriander leaves And cook it. Now add 1cup of tamarind juice Add 1tsp of garam masala And add boiled mutton bones Add 1cup of boiled toor dal Add salt And cook for some time. Ghee rice;- In a pan add 1tsp of ghee Add 1tsp of pepper Add 1bay leaf Add 1cinnamon stick Add 3 cloves Add 2cups of rice Add 4cup of salt water And cook for some time.
