Mawa Jalebi Recipe - Khoya Jalebi Recipe

Mawa Jalebi INGREDIENTS: All-purpose flour(Maida) - 1cup Curd - 1 cup Water - as required Khoya (grated) - 1 cup Sugar - 1 cup Jaggery - 200gms Rabidi - 3tsp Pista - 1tsp Oil - as required DIRECTIONS: Firstly take all-purpose flour in a bowl, add some curd, water mix it well and fermentation it for overnight. Next day in this add grated khoya, water, all-purpose flour mixture make into a fine paste. Make sugar syrup by adding sugar and water in a bowl and heat it till it reaches to a string consistency. Now take a piping bag and pour the batter into that bag, slowly make jalebi as shown in the video. Deep fry the jalebi in hot oil till they turn to golden in color. Once they turn golden brown colour immediately drop it into the syrup for 4-5 minutes. Serve it by adding some rabidi and chopped pista. Tasty and Soft Mawa Jalebi is ready to serve.
