Kara Dosa recipe is a small collection of basic dosa to masala dosa recipes from South Indian Cuisine. In South East Asia countries like Malaysia and Singapore where they are Dominated by Tamilian population, dosa is called as Thosai. INGREDIETNS: Oil - 1 table spoon Mustard Seeds - 1/2 table Spoon Cumin seeds - 1 table spoon Red chillies - 2 nos Chana Dal - 1 table spoon Urad Dal - 1 table spoon Green Chilli - 3 nos Ginger - 1 piece Curry Leaves - 1 spring Onion - 1 no Dosa Batter - 1 Cup DIRECTIONS: FOR THE TEMPERING 1. Heat Oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies, chanadal, Urad Dal saute it. 2. Then add chopped Green Chillies, Ginger, Curry Leaves and add Chopped Onions saute it. 3. Take Dosa Batter, Salt mix it. Top of pour the tempering mix it well. 4. Heat in a dosa pan pour the dosa batter and oil cook the lid on. Now ready the Kara Dosa serve with your favourite chutney.
