Ice Biryani with Meenakka Fish Curry

ICE BIRYANI WITH MEENAKKA FISH CURRY INGREDIENTS: Coriander seeds - 1 tsp Red chillies - 4 nos. Urad dal - 2 tsp Peppercorn - 1 tsp Rice - 1 tsp Oil - As Required Shallots - 100 gms Curry leaves - 2 spring Mustard seed - 2 tsp Fenugreek seeds - ½ tsp Garlic - 10 cloves Onions - 2 nos. Rock salt - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - ½ tsp Tomatoes - 2 nos. Green chillies - 2 nos. Tamarind juice - 1 cup DIRECTIONS: Heat an earthen pot, add coriander seeds, red chillies, toor dal, peppercorns, rice dry roast it. Heat oil in a pan,add shallots, curry leaves saute it and add it to roasted masalas grind into a fine paste. Heat oil in the same pot,add mustard seeds, red chillies, fenugreek seeds, garlic, chopped onions, rock salt, turmeric powder, tomatoes, curry leaves, green chillies and cook till they are soft. Then add masala paste, tamarind juice cook it till it comes to a nice boil. Now add fish pieces and finely chopped coriander leaves to it and cook it for 5 minutes closed.
