Traditionally, bbq sambal stingray is grilled in a banana leaf (ikan bakar), but for this hack version, we're using the air fryer. We're lucky that there are many good sambal brands in Singapore! But foor this recipe, we used Sambal Belacan Bunga Kantan, wahyu brand (not sponsored!)
