Grandma's Fish Curry Magic Easy Fish Curry with Tamarind Sauce Fish pulusu

Ingredients:- Fish - 1 Kg Mustard- 1/2 tsp Cumin - 1/2 tsp Methi- Pinch Red Chillies- 4 Curry leaves- 2 sprigs charred Onion - 3-4 Turmeric- 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste- 1 tb spn Coriander powder- 2 tsp Chilli powder- 2 tb spn Garam masala - 1/2 tsp Green chillies- 5 Coconut poppy seed paste - 2 tbspn Tamarind juice- 1 cup Water - As Required Salt - To Taste Oil - 3 tb spn Method:- In a pan add oil, mustard, cumin, fenugreek, red chillies, onion paste, salt, curry leaves and cook them for 4-5 minutes. Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and sauté it. Then add coriander powder, chilli powder, tamarind juice, and let it boil. Now add green chillies, fish pieces and boil for 4-5 minutes. In the last add Garam masala, coriander leaves and simmer for 4-5 minutes . Serve it after 6 hours for best taste.
