Healthy Fusion⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyFoodFusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@FoodFusionKids Serves 5-6 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Doodh (Milk) 1 litre -Vanilla essence 1 tsp -Custard powder 4 tbs -Stevia 1 tbs or to taste -Apple cubes ¾ Cup or as required -Strawberries ½ Cup or as required -Pomegranate ½ Cup or as required -Papaya sliced ¾ Cup or as required -Banana sliced ½ Cup or as required -Strawberries sliced -Pista (Pistachio) sliced -Badam (Almonds) sliced Direction: -In a wok,add milk,vanilla essence,custard powder & whisk well. -Turn on the flame,whisk continuously & cook on medium flame until it thickens (4-5 minutes). -Place wok on ice cubes & let it cool while whisking. -Add stevia,whisk well & set aside. -In a bowl,add apple,strawberries,pomegranate,papaya,banana,give it a good mix & set aside. -In a serving glass,place strawberries,add prepared custard,mixed fruits,pistachio,almonds,prepared custard,mixed fruits,custard & garnish with pistachios & almonds. -Refrigerate until chilled! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Doodh (Milk) 1 litre -Vanilla essence 1 tsp -Custard powder 4 tbs -Stevia 1 tbs or to taste -Apple cubes ¾ Cup or as required -Strawberries ½ Cup or as required -Pomegranate ½ Cup or as required -Papaya sliced ¾ Cup or as required -Banana sliced ½ Cup or as required -Strawberries sliced -Pista (Pistachio) sliced -Badam (Almonds) sliced Direction: -Karahi mein doodh,vanilla essence aur custard powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Chulha on karein aur musalsal whisk kertay hoye darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes). -Karahi ko ice cubes per rakh dein aur whisk kertay hoye thanda ker lein. -Stevia dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Bowl mein saib,strawberries,anar,papaya aur banana dal ker mix ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Serving glass mein strawberries,tayyar custard,mixed fruits,pista,badam,tayyar custard,mixed fruits aur custard dal dein,pista & badam sa garnish ker lein. -Thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein!
