Ingredients: Tomato 250 Grams Tamarind 10 Grams Green chilli 4 Numbers Garlic 5-6 Numbers Coriander 1 Bunch Salt To tatse Mint leaves 1 Bunch Directions: "In a vessel add tomato pieces, water, tamarind, Pinch of turmeric, green chilli, garlic and coriander leaves then add some salt and put the lid on to cook for 5 minutes. Once the tomatoes are cooked add some mint leaves. Allow to cool completely. Pour the mixture in a blender and make a coarse paste. serve this chutney with Rice, upma and pongal.
