Healthy Fusion⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyFoodFusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@FoodFusionKids Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Khajoor (Dates) deseeded 250g -Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup -Doodh (Milk) 1 litre -Olper’s Milk powder ¾ Cup -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) crushed ¼ tsp -Badam (Almonds) roughly chopped 10-12 -Kaju (Cashew nuts) roughly chopped 10-12 -Badam (Almonds) sliced -Pista (Pistachio) sliced Directions: -In a bowl,add dates,milk & soak for 30 minutes. -In a blending jar,add soaked dates with milk & blend well to make a thick paste & set aside. -In a wok,add milk,bring it to boil & cook on low flame milk is reduced (18-20 minutes) & stir in between. -Turn off the flame,add blended paste,milk powder & whisk well. -Turn on the flame,mix continuously & cook on medium flame until kulfi mixture thickens (5-6 minutes). -Add green cardamom,almonds,cashew nuts,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes. -Let it cool while mixing. -Pour kulfi mixture into matka,sprinkle almonds,pistachios,cover & seal with aluminium foil & freeze for 10-12 hours (makes 6-8). Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Khajoor (Dates) deseeded 250g -Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup -Doodh (Milk) 1 litre -Olper’s Milk powder ¾ Cup -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) crushed ¼ tsp -Badam (Almonds) roughly chopped 10-12 -Kaju (Cashew nuts) roughly chopped 10-12 -Badam (Almonds) sliced -Pista (Pistachio) sliced Directions: -Ek bowl mein khajoor aur doodh dal kar 30 minutes kliya soak ker lein. -Blending jar mein soaked khajoor aur doodh dal dein aur ache tarhan blend ker ka thick paste bana lein & side par rakh dein. -Karahi mein doodh dal kar boil karein aur halki ancch per doodh reduce ho janay tak paka lein (18-20 minutes) aur darmiyan mein stir karte rahein. -Chulha bund ker dein aur blended paste aur milk powder dal kar ache tarhan whisk karein. -Chulha on karein aur musalsal mix kertay hoye darmiyani ancch per kulfi mixture garha ho janay tak paka lein (5-6 minutes). -Hari elaichi,badam aur kaju dal kar mix karein aur 1-2 minutes medium flame par aur pakaayein. -Mix kertay hoye thanda ker lein. -Matka mein kulfi mixture,badam aur pista dal dein,aluminium foil se cover karein aur 10-12 hours kliye freeze ker lein (makes 6-8).
