Crispy Fish Fry - Nethili Fish Fry INGREDIENTS: Fish ( Anchovy /Nethili) - 500 gms Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp Salt - as per taste Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Water - As Required All purpose flour - 1 cup Lemon - 1 no. Hing - ½ tsp Oil - As Required DIRECTIONS: Take anchovy (nethili) fish in a bowl, add turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, sprinkle some water and mix it well. Then add all-purpose flour, lemon juice, asafoetida toss it. Heat oil in a pan deep fry the fish pieces and also fry the curry leaves. Now the crunchy and crispy nethili fish ready to serve.
