Crispy Moong Dal Pan Cake INGREDIENTS: Carrot (juliennes) - 100gms Cabbage (juliennes) - 100gms Mango (juliennes) - 50gms Sweet corn - 3 tsp Green chillies - 2 nos. Coconut (grated) - ½ cup Green chillies - 2 nos. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Black pepper - 2 tsp Salt - As per taste Moong dal - 1 tsp Ginger - 1 tsp Oil - As required DIRECTIONS: Take carrot juliennes in a bowl, add cabbage, mango, sweet corn, green chillies, grated coconut, green chillies, cumin seeds, black pepper, salt and add moong dal paste, ginger mix it well. Heat oil in a pan, pour moong dal pancake batter and fry them both sides till golden brown in colour. Take an onion slices in a bowl, ginger, sesame seeds, lime juice, honey, chilli flakes, coriander leaves, crushed peanuts,salt mix it well. Onion salad is ready. Take moong dal pan cake on a plate, cut into pieces, by topping up with mayonnaise, tomato puree, onion salad serve it. Now Crispy Moongdal pan cake with tangy toppings ready to serve.
