Boiled and shredded chicken cooked in a spicy masala and chicken stock is an excellent chicken preparation to try. *Ingredients: Chicken 500 grams Onion 2 number Bay leaf 2 number Peppercorns 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Oil 1 tablespoon Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon Round red chili 4-5 number curry leaves 2 sprigs Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon Tomatoes 1 number Salt to taste Green chilies 2-3 number Ginger 1/2 teaspoon Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch *Directions: 1. Firstly boil water in a pan, add chicken, chopped onion, bay leaf peppercorns and boil for 20-25 minutes till it is soft. 2. Heat coconut oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, red chili, garlic, sliced onions, curry leaves, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw flavor is gone. 3. Then add red chili powder, pepper powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chopped tomato, salt and cook for another 2-3 minutes. 4. To that add shredded chicken, chicken stock, green chilies, ginger, some more pepper powder and toss it well till chicken is dry 5. Finally, add coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
