Healthy Fusion⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyFoodFusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@FoodFusionKids Serves 5-6 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Water 2 & ½ Cups -Sugar ¾ Cup -Makhan (Butter) unsalted 100g -Sooji (Semolina) ¾ Cup -Mixed cheese 4-5 tbs Mozzarella cheese & 2 tbs Cheddar cheese -Pista (Pistachios) chopped Directions: -In a sauce pan,add water,sugar,turn on the flame & mix well,bring it to boil & cook until sugar is dissolved & set aside. -In a wok,add butter & let it melt. -Add semolina,mix well & roast on low flame until fragrant & light golden in color (5-6 minutes) & stir continuously. -Add prepared sugar syrup,mix continuously & cook on medium flame till syrup is absorbed (4-5 minutes). -Add mixed cheese & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then mix well. -Garnish with pistachios & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Water 2 & ½ Cups -Sugar ¾ Cup -Makhan (Butter) unsalted 100g -Sooji (Semolina) ¾ Cup -Mixed cheese 4-5 tbs Mozzarella cheese & 2 tbs Cheddar cheese -Pista (Pistachios) chopped Directions: -Ek saucepan mein pani aur cheeni dal kar flame on karein,ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein. -Karahi mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein. -Sooji dal kar ache se mix karein aur halki ancch per khushbu anay aur halki golden ho janay tak roast ker lein (5-6 minutes) & chamcha chalatay rahein. -Ab tayyar sugar syrup dal ker ache sa mix karein aur medium flame par 4-5 minutes tak pakayein jab tak syrup absorb ho jaye. -Mixed cheese dal ker ache sa mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir ache sa mix karein. -Pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
