Carrot Halwa Gajar Ka Halwa Ingredients: Carrot(grated) - 1 bowl Cashew nuts - 5-6 Almonds(chopped) - 5-6 Raisins - 5-6 Milk - 500 ml Sugar - 100 g Method: Take pan Add 2 tb spn Ghee Add Almonds Add Cashew nuts Add Raisins Slowly cook them on a low flame & keep aside Add Freshly Grated Carrot Add 500 ml of Milk Cook it slowly till it turns into thick consistency Add 100g of Sugar Add 50 g of Khoya When Bubbles reduce & form big bubbles the Halwa is getting to final stages & at this stage cooking process can be stopped.
