Serves 6-7 Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Cream Layer: -Ice cubes -Olper’s Cream chilled 200ml -Condensed milk 4-5 tbs -Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 1/8 tsp -Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) 1 pinch Prepare Milk Mixture: -Olper’s Milk 1 & ½ Cup -Jaifil (Nutmeg) ¼ inch piece -Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1 -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 4-5 -Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2 small -Olper’s Cream ½ Cup -Condensed milk 5-6 tbs Assembling: -Cake rusk -Cinnamon & Sugar powdered -Pista (Pistachios) sliced -Cherry Directions: Prepare Cream Layer: -In a large bowl,add ice cubes,place another bowl in it,add cream & beat for 4-5 minutes. -Add condensed milk,cinnamon powder,nutmeg powder & beat until stiff peaks form then transfer to a piping bag. Prepare Milk Mixture: -In a saucepan,add milk,take spice infuser,add nutmeg,star anise,green cardamom,cinnamon sticks & close it. -Put spice infuser in milk,turn on the flame,bring it to boil & simmer on low flame for 4-5 minutes then remove spice infuser. -Let it cool completely. -In a jug,add prepared milk,cream,condensed milk & whisk well. Assembling: -Dip cake rusk in milk mixture & assemble in a serving cup. -Pour milk mixture over cake rusk & let it absorb. -Now pipe out prepared cream layer,spread evenly & repeat the process twice. -Sprinkle cinnamon & sugar,garnish with pistachio,cherry & serve chilled (makes 4). Prepare Milk Mixture: -Saucepan mein doodh dal dein,spice infuser mein jaifil,badiyan ka phool,hari elaichi aur darchini dal ker close ker lein. -Spice infuser ko doodh mein dal dein,chulha on karein aur ubal anay k bad halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir spice infuser ko remove ker lein. -Thanda ker lein. -Jug mein tayyar doodh,cream aur condensed milk dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. Assembling: -Cake rusk ko milk mixture mein dip karein aur serving cup mein assemble ker lein. -Milk mixture ko pour ko cake rusk ka upper pour ker lein aur absorb hunay dein. -Tayyar cream layer ko dal ker evenly pheela lein aur yehe process dubara repeat karein. -Darchini aur cheeni ko sprinkle ker lein,pista aur cherry sa garnish ker ka thanda serve karein (makes 4).
