Prepare Beef Boti Kabab: -In a bowl,add beef,pink salt,ginger garlic paste,papaya paste,lemon juice & mix well,cover & marinate for 2 hours. -Add yogurt,green chilli paste,coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder, kashmiri red chilli powder,garam masala powder & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes. -Thread marinated beef in a wooden skewer (wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes) (make 10). -On a griddle,add cooking oil,beef skewers,cover & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes (turn sides in between). -Give coal smoke for 2 minutes. -On paratha,add beef boti kabab,onion rings,fresh coriander,prepared street style yogurt sauce,imli aloo Bukhara chutney,fold & wrap in butter paper & serve !
