Bake Bread on a Pizza Stone - my first test

In this video I will be showing you how to bake bread on a pizza stone and have amazing results. This method is excellent if you want to bake multiple loaves at the same time. Normally I would use a dutch oven to bake, but when I have guests I like to make use of the extra space on the stone. In this video I am baking two German sourdough loaves. This technique works with every other bread as well. 1. Gently place the loafs on top of the preheated stones 2. Score them and place the stone in the oven 3. Make sure you have a bowl of water inside of your oven 4. Remove bowl after half the baking time Bonus points if you spray your loaves with water every minute for the first 10 minutes of the bake. This was my first iteration. Just keep watching and my second iteration will play.
