Three Types Potato Fry Ingredients:- Potatoes - 1 Kg Curry Leaves - 1 Bunch Chilli Powder - 3 Tsp Garlic - 10 Cloves Turmeric - 1 Tsp Coconut Powder - 10 g Urad Dal - 1 Tsp Chana Dal 1 Tsp Red Chillies - 2 Mustard seed - 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp Hing - 1 Tsp Salt - As Required Oil - For Deep fry Potato Simple Fry:- Firstly take a hot water in a pan and boil potatoes for sometime. Now remove them from hot water and let it dry for a minute.Then deep fry it in hot oil till they turn crunchy. In the last add curry leaves and green chillies and remove it from oil. In a tossing pan add some red chilli powder and salt and finish it off. Lashun Aloo Kukure:- Cut the potatoes thin and length wise and deep fry them till they turn crispy. Now add Crushed garlic, Green Chillies once it is fried remove it from into a toss plate and add crushed jeera, coconut powder, chilli powder and mix it well. Potato Tempering Fry:- Heat some oil in a pan add potatoes and fry it for some time.Then add Red chillies, chana dal,Urad Dal,Turmeric,Hing,Cumin seed,Mustard seeds and fry it for some more time.
